Terms of Service
Effective date: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CallFarNow website, web application, calling features, account, wallet, subscriptions, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
By creating an account, purchasing credit, starting a subscription, placing a call, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About CallFarNow
CallFarNow provides a browser-based service that allows eligible users to place outbound international calls using supported telecommunications providers.
The Service may include:
- browser-based outbound calling;
- destination-specific calling rates;
- promotional trial credit;
- prepaid wallet credit;
- one-time top-ups;
- recurring subscription plans;
- call history;
- billing and transaction records;
- account and support features.
Availability, rates, destinations, providers, features, and plans may change over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase services.
By using CallFarNow, you represent that:
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you are legally permitted to use the Service;
- your use will comply with applicable laws;
- you are not prohibited from receiving the Service under sanctions, export controls, telecommunications rules, or other legal restrictions.
3. Accounts and Google Sign-In
Some features require authentication through Google Sign-In.
When you sign in with Google, CallFarNow may receive basic account information authorized by you, such as:
- your name;
- email address;
- profile image;
- a unique account identifier.
CallFarNow does not receive or store your Google password.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your Google account;
- all activity performed through your CallFarNow account;
- promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts using false identities, automated methods, or information belonging to another person without authorization.
4. Outbound Calling Service
CallFarNow is intended for outbound calls to supported telephone destinations.
The Service may rely on third-party telecommunications providers, carriers, internet services, and public telephone networks. Successful completion of a call may depend on factors outside CallFarNow’s control.
CallFarNow does not guarantee:
- that every destination or number will be reachable;
- uninterrupted or error-free service;
- a particular level of audio quality;
- that a call will be answered;
- compatibility with every device, browser, network, or jurisdiction.
5. No Emergency Calling
CallFarNow is not a replacement for a traditional telephone service.
The Service must not be used to contact emergency services, including police, fire departments, ambulances, emergency dispatchers, or emergency short codes.
Do not rely on CallFarNow for urgent, life-safety, medical, public-safety, or emergency communications.
You are responsible for maintaining access to a conventional telephone or other service capable of reaching emergency services.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use CallFarNow only for lawful, legitimate communications.
You may not use the Service to:
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or stalk anyone;
- place unlawful telemarketing, robocalls, or automated calls;
- violate do-not-call rules or consent requirements;
- transmit misleading caller identification;
- conduct phishing or social-engineering attacks;
- make calls involving scams or deceptive practices;
- interfere with the Service or its providers;
- test stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
- exploit trials, promotional credit, subscriptions, or refunds;
- bypass balance, rate, authentication, or security controls;
- violate sanctions, export controls, telecommunications laws, or carrier rules;
- use the Service in any manner that could expose CallFarNow or its providers to legal, financial, technical, or reputational risk.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before contacting a recipient.
7. Rates and Call Charges
Rates are normally displayed before a call is initiated.
Call charges are calculated using:
- the destination;
- the applicable published rate;
- the duration or billing information reported by the telecommunications provider;
- any billing increment disclosed by the Service;
- applicable trial, wallet, or subscription rules.
Rates may change due to carrier costs, destination changes, regulatory requirements, taxes, foreign exchange conditions, or business decisions.
A changed rate applies prospectively and should be displayed before the affected call whenever technically possible.
The amount deducted from your wallet or plan will be reflected in your transaction or call history.
If you believe a call was charged incorrectly, contact support with sufficient information for us to investigate.
8. Trial Credit and Promotions
CallFarNow may offer free trial seconds, promotional credit, discounts, or other incentives.
Promotional offers:
- may have eligibility requirements;
- may be limited to one offer per person, account, device, payment method, or household;
- may expire;
- may not be transferable;
- may not have cash value;
- may be changed or withdrawn where legally permitted;
- may be suspended when abuse or duplicate-account activity is suspected.
Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trial benefits is prohibited.
9. Wallet and Top-Ups
CallFarNow uses a prepaid wallet denominated in United States dollars.
A top-up adds credit to your CallFarNow wallet. Wallet credit can be used only for eligible services made available through CallFarNow.
Unless required by applicable law:
- wallet credit is not a bank account;
- wallet credit does not earn interest;
- wallet credit is not transferable between users;
- wallet credit cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotional credit may be subject to separate expiration or usage rules.
CallFarNow may correct wallet balances when there is evidence of a technical error, duplicate credit, chargeback, fraud, refund, or unauthorized transaction.
10. Subscriptions
CallFarNow may offer recurring plans that provide wallet credit, pricing benefits, usage allowances, or other features.
By starting a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charge shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated:
- subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle;
- the payment method on file may be charged automatically;
- plan changes may apply immediately or at the next renewal date, as shown in the Service;
- cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse charges already incurred;
- access to subscription benefits may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal if you do not want to be charged again.
Mandatory cancellation and consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
11. Payments, Taxes, Chargebacks, and Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.
Prices may exclude taxes, government charges, telecommunications surcharges, or other mandatory amounts when permitted by law. Applicable amounts will be disclosed during checkout or included in the final charge where required.
Charges for calls already completed are generally not refundable, except when:
- there is a confirmed billing error;
- the Service did not provide the purchased value;
- a refund is required by applicable law;
- CallFarNow expressly approves the refund.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of the account and reversal of related wallet credit.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory refund or consumer-protection rights.
12. Call Records and Usage Information
CallFarNow may maintain records necessary to provide and secure the Service, including:
- number dialed;
- destination country or region;
- date and time;
- call status;
- duration;
- rate and charge;
- provider identifiers;
- technical and failure information.
CallFarNow does not record or transcribe the content of calls as part of its standard calling service.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any portion of the Service when reasonably necessary, including for:
- maintenance;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- legal or regulatory compliance;
- carrier or provider changes;
- destination restrictions;
- commercial or technical reasons.
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption but cannot guarantee advance notice in every situation.
14. Suspension and Termination
CallFarNow may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when:
- these Terms are violated;
- fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected;
- payment is reversed or unauthorized;
- use creates security or operational risk;
- required by a provider, carrier, court, regulator, or applicable law;
- the account has been compromised;
- continued service is not commercially or technically viable.
Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party providers for:
- authentication (Google);
- hosting and database infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel);
- payment processing (Stripe);
- telecommunications (Twilio);
- analytics (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager);
- security and operational services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
CallFarNow is not responsible for a third party’s independent services, systems, outages, policies, or conduct, except to the extent required by applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property
The CallFarNow name, website, software, visual identity, content, interfaces, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to CallFarNow.
These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not:
- copy or redistribute the Service;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where legally permitted;
- remove proprietary notices;
- create a competing service using protected elements;
- use CallFarNow trademarks without authorization.
17. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
CallFarNow disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement where such disclaimers are legally permitted.
We do not warrant that:
- the Service will always be available;
- calls will always connect;
- audio quality will always be consistent;
- all errors will be corrected;
- third-party providers will operate without interruption;
- destination rates will remain unchanged.
Mandatory warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CallFarNow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, data, opportunities, or communications.
Where liability cannot be excluded, CallFarNow’s aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to CallFarNow during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- the minimum amount required by applicable law.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including certain cases involving fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CallFarNow harmless from claims, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your unlawful use of the Service;
- your violation of these Terms;
- calls made without required consent;
- fraud, harassment, impersonation, or abuse committed through your account;
- your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, providers, pricing, security, or business operations.
The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.
When changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, application, or account email.
Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
22. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating CallFarNow and the user’s relationship with the Service.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights, jurisdiction, venue, or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection or data-protection law.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact support so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
